Common Questions

How far in advance do I need to book?

Because every event requires dedicated graphic preparation, digital film production, and precision exposure of custom screens, we request a minimum booking window of 2 weeks, preferably 3, before your scheduled date. This ensures your apparel inventory is secured and your custom design concepts are fully finalized, cured, and tested before load-in.

What space and power do you need?

Space Footprint: A minimum space of 10×10 feet is required for standard booth staging. A 12×12 foot space is preferred for larger, higher-volume tiers to manage proper crowd flow safely around the manual equipment.

Power Access: We do not require electrical access since we do have portable power stations, but we do PREFER to have access to at least one dedicated, standard power outlet within 50 feet of the press setup. This power is necessary to safely operate our heat press for curing the inks on-site.

Surface & Venue: The manual printing press must be balanced on flat, solid ground (concrete, asphalt, hard indoor flooring, or highly compacted dirt). Level surfaces are essential to ensure even ink deposits during manual squeegee pulls.

Load-in/Access: Our equipment is professional-grade and quite heavy. Venues should feature direct street-level access, ramps, or wide service elevators if the printing station is located on a secondary floor.

Can guests print on things besides t-shirts?

Yes — we also print on heavy-duty hoodies and custom canvas tote bags, which are especially popular at corporate and outdoor events. If you have something else in mind, we are open to other ideas.

Do you travel outside of Weber County?

Absolutely. To ensure we can bring our professional print press to you, we include travel for all events within a 50-mile radius of our home base in Ogden, Utah. For events located further than 50 miles away, a “Mobile Service Travel Fee” will be applied to cover the logistical overhead of transporting our equipment. This fee is calculated at a transparent rate of $5.00 for every 10 miles traveled beyond the initial 50-mile radius. This will be calculated during your booking phase using GPS coordinates.
